Our Story

Neimar DOO is a family company founded in 1994, which today employs over 30 highly specialized and motivated experts in the field of architecture and construction. Our core business includes designing and implementing a wide range of architectural projects.

Our story through the decades:

• 1990s: The company was founded in Kruševac by the Nikolić family, specializing in large construction projects, including infrastructure and residential buildings.

• 2000s: We focus on building family homes, gaining valuable experience in creating custom homes for clients.

• 2010s: We start the production and construction of prefabricated houses, where wood becomes our trademark, enabling expansion into the European market.

• 2020s: The company splits into two directions: Neimar Company, which deals with classical construction, and Neimar House, which specializes in the design and construction of prefabricated houses.

As a family company, we value tradition and pass on knowledge from generation to generation, combining experience with a modern approach to business. We implemented projects in 8 different countries, including Serbia, France, Italy and Sweden, which earned us international recognition.

Our goal is to create a healthy and pleasant living environment, adapted to the needs and wishes of our clients, with top quality and commitment to every detail.
